Where Piklo is made
Piklo is made and shipped from Ooltewah, Tennessee, just outside Chattanooga. Orders go out from there, packed by the same people who make it.
People always say “Why?” Here is the honest answer — how a trip to Picklesburgh turned into a year of getting one can right.

Or “it’s a silly idea.” Well, let us tell you. While visiting Pittsburgh for Picklesburgh in 2025 we discovered all sorts of pickled items, foods and beverages — yet something was missing.
We wanted a soda. Something crisp and sizzly going down your throat, but refreshing. Pickle brine, but sweet.
See the vision yet? Nobody made it, so we did. Piklo is a family business in Ooltewah, Tennessee, and this is the can we spent a year getting right.

It means the people who decided what goes in the can are the people who answer the email. There is no call centre and no parent company. If you write to us, somebody who works on the drink reads it.
Pickle flavour was already everywhere — chips, popcorn, seasoning, even pickle-brine cocktails. What did not exist was a proper sweet, carbonated version you would drink for its own sake rather than as a dare. That gap is the whole reason Piklo exists.
Getting vinegar, sugar and salt to sit together in a can is harder than it sounds. Too much vinegar and it is a punishment; too much sugar and it is a novelty soda with a pickle sticker on it. The year went on moving those three around until the balance held from the first sip to the last.
